So the election is long over, the cabinet has been chosen, do you think this will be an effective Parliament?

I'm hoping it will last at least 2 years and that some good things will get accomplished. Things are going to be a lot more accountable now for the Libs since Harper and Layton are going to be on Martin's ass all the time. I think that's going to prove to be a good thing. I just hope they work TOGETHER instead of against each other to effect change.

Harper could have won this election. He was strong in the polls before his people started yakking about social rights.
