Yeah, my problem is I've only ever leveled DPS so I have this urge to always PUSH BUTTAN. I'm figuring a good method is enrage, hit maul as I pull, demo roar, swipe+++. As long as trigger happy DPS don't start firing away the second I pull.

I've never played on a PVP server that wasn't laughably unbalanced for one side or the other, so I've never really noticed a difference.

Yeah, QED and Impunity are still remembered. Didn't you guys raid that alliance funeral? I'm still playing that hunter. Got him and a mage to 80. I need to start raiding so I can get into ICC. I've barely raided at all. I just don't have the time + fucked timezone + work nights = no raiding. But I should be switching to days at work which means I can start joining my guild on raids.

If you are having problems generating rage the easiest solution is to pull more shit. It sounds backwards, but its true. I played a warrior for a long time, and have tanked inside ICC on him - so I know what I am talking about.

You getting in the face more allows you to spam cleave/swipe/or whatever else you use to get aggro. It really easier to hold aggro on 10 mobs than it is 1 sometimes.

I tanked my way to Kingslayer, sold my account and rerolled Alliance/Deathwing. It's a million times harder to find good dps than it is to find a good tank. Hardest thing about finding a good tank is having one that shows up to raids...hardest thing about finding good dps is finding people that can actually think and play at the same time.

It's not the button mashing to get big numbers part that's hard. Every dps has an easy job when it comes to actually doing dps. It's being aware of what's going on around you and in the raid that they can't seem to manage.

I find that hardest part of being a dps is the rotation. I find the hardest part for every other PUG dps is staying out of the damn fire or not face-pulling.

As a healer, it makes me sad. As a tank, it makes me laugh because they die and then I'll pick up the 6 things the warlock attempted to pull with rain of fire.

Oh yeah, his prot set is horrible. I basically had a shitload of prot gear in the bank from guild runs of stuff and decided to try it out. Just getting badge gear for him now. The holy and ret sets are about a million times better.
